Main responsibilities

You would be expected to be the go to person on all product queries. Manage product training both in house and to customer base. Cover a large product range including the sewn products and injection moulding. Manage lifecycle of all products manufactured in house Define product strategy and advise on New Product development, creating timelines and roadmaps for developing the product Make changes to product portfolio based on fast or slower moving lines Provide the technical assistance to manage bespoke (special) product development on behalf of sales team. Promote efficient manufacturing processes / LEAN manufacturing Work closely with Group MD and Senior Management team across Finance, Sales and Marketing as well as manufacturing. Correlate and report on information surrounding Stock levels (defining and tracking success metrics) Experience with pricing and revenue modelling Conduct Competitor Research

Qualifications/experience required

Demonstratable Project Management skills are essential. You will be involved in group wide projects centred around products. Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L Passion for solving problems Excellent IT Skills Able to work with multiple teams across different departments and locations. Excellent communication skills 10+ years in a similar role.
