DETAILS OF MACHINE RANGE

Modern moulding machinery from 35 to 2700 tonnes we offer shot weight capabilities in Structural Foam up to 25kg. One of the crucial factors for the designer is the stiffness-to-weight ratio of relatively large products.

Our Structural Foam division meets this criterion and also gives the designer a process which meets many other demands including:

Particularly attractive to the agriculture and construction sector as large engine panels and bodywork, DCPD offers high mechanical strength and excellent accuracy.
