We are a supplier of high-quality plastic injection moulded components. From tool design to off/online assembly. Mouldings are produced using our state-of-the-art automated injection moulding machines, ranging from 50T to 650T, including 2 specialised twin shot machines.
Formula has 14 machines ranging from 50 tonnes up to 650 tonnes using both single shot and twin shot technology. This allows us to specialise in moulding high-tolerance precision components for a variety of sectors, including the automotive industry.
Formula Plastics has invested in 2 state of the art Twin Shot moulding machines. This machinery enables two different materials to be injected into the moulding tool during the production process. The two materials used in twin shot moulding can be plastics with different characteristics, separate colours or a plastic and a rubber combination – providing a variety of applications
Our technical team can handle projects from product concepts through to volume production. We can also help source subcontract suppliers for products or services that are outside our scope.
