We are a leading manufacturer of specialist, precision rubber products with over 40 years’ experience. We can design and manufacture bespoke rubber and plastic mouldings to suit your application. Our custom-built facilities house state of the art equipment as well as our own rubber compounding site.

DETAILS OF MACHINE RANGE

Bovill & Boyd Technical Mouldings have a selection BOY injection moulding presses with various tonnage capacities. Our presses can accommodate technical/detailed mouldings as well as over moulding.

SPECIALIST AREAS

We supply LSR mouldings in a variety of approved compounds including FDA, WRAS, USP Class VI to name a few. As well as mixing our own in house compounds we have an extensive supply network for pre approved compounds such as Wacker. We can
