DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE

The Labotek LHD, is a hot air dryer range used for drying the surface of raw free-flowing non-hygroscopic materials. The LHD series is available from 40 ~ 300 ltr capacity The LHD will ensure the input of material set temperature, to provide: • Improve surface finish. • Eliminates/reduces silver sticks. • Reduces requirement of holding & injection pressure. • Consistent charging time & pressure. LHD Standard Scope • Insulated Hopper dryer save the heat loss & thus power saving is achieved. • Insulation thickness is > 25mm. • Stainless steel construction, suitable for Food grade & medical applications. • Cleaning door for material change. • Highly Precise PID temperature controller. • Over heat protection relay. • Hopper loader mounting arrangement. • Machine mount is standard with Hopper magnet • Schedule ON / OFF timer
