IMS Ltd has supported the plastics industry for over 30 years. From our UK engineering workshop, we supply new and refurbished screws, barrels and end of barrel components, plus a vast inventory of Mould Shop consumables, incl Heating Elements, Gate Cutters, Water Line Components and Mould Clamps.

DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE

Focused on the Plastic industry, here at Injection Moulding Supplies we have huge inventory of standard mica heating elements. Including standard mica, hermetically sealed brass heater bands and friction fit heaters for those restricted sprue bushings. We also stock straight coil heaters that we coil to your requirements.

If the heater you require is not in stock, just get in touch, we can quickly make it made up for you.

Barrel heaters are also available in ceramic and mica insulation.

Also in stock is a selection of industry standard thermocouple in J or K type.
