Yudo is the World’s leading supplier of hot runner systems, offering everything from individual nozzles, to custom-designed & built manifolds, sub-assemblies and even complete 'hot-halves'. We also have our own comprehensive range of hot runner controllers and gate sequence timers.

DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE

• Manifold Systems that are designed and manufactured to meet the exact requirements of the customer • A large range of nozzle to suit all applications including abrasive/corrosive material for Automotive/Medical and Packaging applications. Also compact multi-drop nozzle systems down to 10mm pitch. • Pre-assembled, wired and fully tested systems, utilising screw type nozzle assemblies with option for pneumatic or hydraulic operation, offering a reduction in tool assembly time. • Complete fully constructed and tested 'Hot Halves'. • Integrated Hot Runner Controllers, including sequencing timers models for optimum control of pneumatic or hydraulic valve gate systems. • Single and multiple card type Hot Runner Controllers.
