| Skills / experience relevant to this role | • A result orientated professional with 40 years’ experience within the petrochemical and plastics industry . • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate concisely and articulately at all levels. • Attentive to detail with a practical approach to problem solving and the organisation required to ensure that deadlines and objectives are achieved. • Knowledge of many methods and techniques to a high level with the ability and willingness to learn. • Setting up a laboratory for the PET recycling Process • Responsibility for 6 man team • Introducing and developing a quality system to gain quality certification for the laboratory • Working with production to understand the new plant • Conducting trials to achieve quality targets • Working with external customers to understand their requirements and how to achieve them |
