I have 20 years of experience in plastics manufacturing.
I am proficient with various injection molding machines, including brands such as Engel, Arburg, KraussMaffei, Demag, Negri Bossi, Haitian, Boy, Polar, JW, and Fanuc.
I have worked with a wide range of materials, including PP, ABS, PC/ABS, PS, PA6, PA66, PC, POM, TPE, etc.
I am experienced in operating 3-axis robots from manufacturers such as Apex, Shine, Engel, Wittmann, Sepro, and KraussMaffei.
I am familiar with various types of tooling, ranging from cold-runner systems to hot-runner molds, including those with slides and valve gates.
I am skilled in the safe and efficient installation of molds into injection molding machines, strictly adhering to health and safety protocols. My core competencies include troubleshooting production issues, setting up new molds, performing minor benchwork (fitting/adjusting), and managing electrical core sequences. I also have experience in team management—supervising operators, mold setters, and warehouse staff—and implementing 5S methodologies.
I am currently studying Hospitality Management and Leadership at LCCA in London; in three weeks, I will complete my first year (Level 3 Diploma).
I hold certifications for operating forklifts and overhead cranes, and I possess a full driver’s license. |
