Role responsibilities
- As Injection Moulding Setter you will be required to perform mould set ups and changes in an efficient manner according to the production schedule
- In the role of Injection Moulding Setter, you will perform real time maintenance on all primary tooling, machinery and auxiliary equipment as required
- Assist the maintenance department within this process on technical issues as they arise
- Troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on equipment to provide timely short term and long-term solutions
- Support and complete tool trials
- Support the company with quality objectives related to requirements within ISO9001:2008
- Perform all duties in a safe, non-hazardous manner in compliance with safety standards

Qualifications/experience required
- Previous experience within injection moulding manufacturing is ESSENTIAL
- Experience of process problem solving within an injection moulding environment
- Industry recognised injection moulding qualification
- Basic level of Numeracy and Literacy is required
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive can-do attitude
