Role responsibilities
- The successful Injection Moulding Setter will be responsible for all tool changes & colour changes as and when required to set up machines to run new products within a specific timeframe
- As an Injection Moulding Setter, you will be accountable for setting up injection moulding machinery to first off standard, ensuring the use of the set process
- In the role of Injection Moulding Setter, you will monitor the injection moulding process, including condition setting, ensuring product quality and reliability
- Ensure all mould tooling is maintained to a high standard, liaising with the tooling department when faults are identified to ensure rectification, ensuring schedules are adhered to
- Ensure the quality department is made aware of any injection moulding issues and all non-conforming plastic products are quarantined
- Ensure all H&S regulations and guidelines are adhered to, and any non-conformances are reported to relevant personnel
- Adhere to the company’s ISO standards

Qualifications/experience required
- Industry recognised injection moulding qualifications
- Demonstrable experience within injection moulding manufacturing
