Role responsibilities
- Technical Maintenance: Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on plastic injection moulding machinery and auxiliary equipment.
- Fault Diagnosis: Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
- Installation & Commissioning: Set up new machinery, including initial programming and start-up procedures at customer locations.
- Technical Support: Provide on-site or remote training and support to customer operators and technicians.
- Ancillary Equipment Care: Service peripheral systems such as robots (e.g., 3/4/5/6 axis), dryers, temperature control units (TCUs), and conveying systems.
- Documentation: Accurate completion of service reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
