The selected candidate will have tasks of:
- Taking all of the incoming technical support calls and support and manage all service records
- Lease directly with clients for parts replacement
- Planning and prioritising service activities in order to manage the daily workload schedule
- Breakdown rectification
- Fault finding pneumatic and electronic systems
- IMMs commissioning at final customer’s site
- Injection Moulding process calibration
- Performing reactive and preventive maintenance in a production environment
- Setting up and running demo machines at exhibitions

Qualifications/experience required
To be eligible for the role of Service Engineer, the ideal Candidate will
- Have a minimum of 3 years demonstrable service experience and knowledge of Injection Moulding Machines (hydraulic, hybrid and full electric), for both the mechanical and electrical aspects.
- Abilities with reading hydraulic and electrical drawings
- Motivated problem solver
- Breakdown diagnosis and repair
- Clamp unit/injection unit reseal, survey, retrofit and commissioning
- Available to travel abroad for training at the headquarter, service interventions or exhibitions
- Basic knowledge of computer sciences (Microsoft Office, e-mail system etc)
- Work completely independently
