Company overview
- As a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the effective day to day maintenance of all machinery, building and factory equipment
- The successful candidate will have experience working within a manufacturing or production environment in a maintenance engineer capacity
Role responsibilities
- Repair and service all factory machinery as and when required
- Participate in on-going day to day maintenance of the factory in general
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as and when required
- Participate in trouble shooting activities in respect to plant associated breakdowns
- To undertake planned preventative/predictive maintenance activities in accordance with the annual TPM schedule
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping at all times
- Any other duties as and when required

Qualifications/experience required
- Experience of working within a manufacturing or production environment in a maintenance engineer capacity is essential
- Must be trained to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area (i.e. performing engineering operations)
- Should have either hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical experience preferable
- Familiarity with ISS, Eisenmann, ABB, Calden and Aerogen plant equipment
- Basic level of Numeracy and Literacy is required
- Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team
- High level of flexibility as and when required
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently within a stressful environment
