- This position will suit a skilled Mould Setter / Technician with prior injection moulding processing, machinery and polymer material knowledge
Role responsibilities
- Safe mounting and dismounting of injection mould tools
- Accurate setting of injection moulding tools and operating moulding machines
- Tool changes and process set-up
- Basic machine maintenance
- Tool Trials
- Quality Control
- Material section and control
- Supervision of operators on shift

Qualifications/experience required
- Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Technician/Setter
- Good experience with injection moulding machinery and robots
- Good knowledge of plastics and the uses/properties
- Knowledge of material section & control
- Technical and analytical with the ability to problem solve
- Experience in process optimization & troubleshooting
- Good communications skills
- Leadership skills and a strong team player
