Job overview

• Working shift pattern 2 weeks days 06:00-15:00, 2 weeks lates 14:00-23:00
• Supervise end to end manufacturing processes including injection/silicone moulding.
• Follow all Health & Safety practices
• Set up tools, produce a repeatable process and manufacture quality products.
• Provide technical support to a small team of operatives.
• Lead by example in the workplace.
• Be an advocate of continuous improvement.
• Full in-house training given.

Qualifications/experience required

• Ideally Level 3 Polymer Processing Qualification.
• Ideally Supervisory Training.
