Role responsibilities
- As Technical Sales Support you will provide customers with technical support providing advice and solutions
- Providing installation, servicing and technical support from the office
- Conducting customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction and support with any issues
- Work closely with the GM and sales team to provide sales support and after care for customers
- Handle incoming calls from customers with queries and spare part requests
- Carrying out internal admin tasks to support the sales team such as dispatch documents, purchase orders and invoicing
- The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to working away from home occasionally

Qualifications/experience required
- Proven experience within injection moulding manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of injection moulding machinery, tooling, processes and ancillary equipment
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs
- CAD experience an advantage but not essential
- Good problem solving skills with ability to think outside of the box
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Technical, analytical approach with a practical skillset
