We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to further develop our very successful portfolio of market-leading products. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the business along with maintaining current supplier/customer relations. The position will be mainly field and home office based, with occasional visits to the office in Chesterfield.

Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and implementing new opportunities. With a focus on expanding the company's reach, building client relationships, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Role responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and strategies that expand the company’s customer base and solidify its presence
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
  • Create your own revenue stream via new customer accounts along with developing existing accounts

Qualifications/experience required

  • Ideally, but not essential, experience within the plastic injection moulding industry
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and use of social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
