Role responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts while uncovering new business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed sales and contribution targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create technical solutions tailored to client needs
  • Actively promote ColourTone’s technical capabilities across the industry
  • Analyse market trends and share insights with internal stakeholders
  • Monitor production capacity and customer pipeline
  • Play a strategic role in shaping and executing the company’s commercial roadmap
  • Deliver excellent customer experience from first contact to ongoing support

Qualifications/experience required

  • A proven track record in a commercial role within the plastics/masterbatch sector
  • Strong planning, time management, and leadership skills
  • Self-starter mentality—able to work solo or rally a successful team 
  • Outstanding communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to listen, understand and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored, commercially sound solutions
  • Experience in project and strategic sales management
  • Comfort working across both high-level strategy and ground-level execution
  • Solid cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities
  • Additional languages would be an advantage
