Established for 75 years, Negri Bossi is a leading supplier of injection moulding machines in the UK and an ultra-reliable partner capable of satisfying all our customers' needs. Our machine range is from 50 tonnes to 7000 tonnes.

DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE

In keeping with Negri Bossi’s tradition, the NOVA eT range of machines have been designed for reliability and longevity. Self-lubricating linear bearings on the moving platen ensure cleanliness of the die area, making the machine perfect for cleanroom environments.

Centralised, automatic grease lubrication is standard.
These machines offer energy savings of up to 80% when compared to conventional hydraulic drive solutions, and substantially reduced cycle times due to fully overlapping movements.

• Clamping Force - from 500kN to 3500kN
• High speed, high load ball screws (option of up to 600mm/sec injection speeds)
• Axis control via toothed belt drive and servo motors minimises vibration and wear
• Independent drives for clamp, ejector, injection and plasticising - complete overlapping of cycle phases.
• Fully customisable motor, drive and screw configuration
