Established for 75 years, Negri Bossi is a leading supplier of injection moulding machines in the UK and an ultra-reliable partner capable of satisfying all our customers' needs. Our machine range is from 50 tonnes to 7000 tonnes.

DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE

Negri Bossi has two models of hybrid machines:

NOVA iT     - Clamping Force up to 11500 kN
The newly designed clamp and injection unit of the Negri Bossi Nova iT range combines power, compactness and control. The innovative toggle geometry distributes the forces more evenly. This minimises deflection, visualised in the unique form of the machines tailstock.

Features:

• Class leading tie- bar spacing
• Platen Stroke – Increased by up to 16% on previous models
• Electrically driven X design five-point toggle system – Fast, Compact & Precise
• Highly efficient Electric screw drive – Excellent repeatability and high melt quality
• Very high injection rates (up to 600 mm/sec) with accumulators as standard.

Bi-POWER   - Clamping Force from 10000kN to 70000kN

The BI-POWER Series are two-platen, hybrid injection moulding machines providing
a perfect blend of flexible layout with compact dimensions. The highly modular design
has a very low base for excellent accessibility.
The hybrid injection unit delivers efficiency
and process stability resulting in a highly repeatable process for large component manufacture.

• Mould thickness and clamping force self-adjustment - manages heat expansion in large molds
• Moving platen linear and lateral guidance system - platen parallelism, cleanliness and precision
• Three-stage clamp speed profile via low pressure cylinders - faster controlled movements
• Closed loop motor speed control - superior melt quality and excellent shot weight consistency
