Design & manufacture of plastic injection moulding machines. In addition to standard thermoplastics IMM, Billion specialises in multi-injection equipment, and has developed numerous tailor-made solution within all manufacturing sectors.

DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE

From a pioneer in 1961 to an expert today, BILLION offers the benefit of a unique know-how in multi-shot technologies.

This know-how may be applied to all BILLION machine ranges from 100 to 1100 Ton: SELECT all-electric, HERCULE and GM hydraulic.

The versatile V configuration is chosen by BILLION for the implementation of the 2nd injection unit:

minimum floor space requirement
quick mold change
ergonomics and high speed production.
All multi-material technologies may be implemented, together with the capability for use in traditional single material applications.

We provide:

OVERMOLDING PROCESS - Injection of a second material onto a molded insert within the same mold.
SANDWICH MOLDING & COLOR EFFECTS - Skin material different from the core material
PLUG&PLAY - With a P&P independent injection unit (fitted vertically or horizontally), it’s possible to convert a single material IMM into a twin-shot one.
EASYTURN - EasyTurn is the BILLION rotary shaft fully integrated to the IMM for your overmolding applications.
