Experts in rigid and flexible extrusions, specialising in online and offline wrapping and foiling with 100’s of vinyl’s available. As the UK’s largest bespoke extruder our tooling facilities allow us to create bespoke profiles at a low cost and for projects from concept to final product.
Our plastic extrusions can be made for any industry and are currently used in a range of markets including leisure homes, doors, windows & conservatory’s, portable accommodations, and hygienic cladding. We offer a moisture-resistant timber replacement material called TimbPlas which comes with a lifetime guarantee against the negative effects of moisture and this is extruded within our factory and comes in three different variants depending on application and budget. Due to the nature of TimbPlas’ features it also has applications within leisure homes, garden buildings, doors, roofs, and furniture to name just a few.

Custom tooling: Our in-house team can design and manufacture plastic extrusion tools allowing you to work with us to develop your own bespoke profile fit to purpose or solving an ongoing issue.
Wrapping & Foiling: With a range of vinyl’s and foils available, we can create a unique finish to match with your products. Including high gloss finishing foils, woodgrains and fabric wraps, your plastic extrusions will no longer be boring. We have a range of finishes that cover both internal and external use. We can wrap or foil an extrusion we manufacture for you or one you send in to us, so whatever your requirement we have you covered.
Additional Services: Punching, drilling, and tape application can make your production a lot simpler. We can also extrude to any size depending on material and packaging requirements. Let us do the hard work for you. We provide secondary operations in wrapping and foiling, cutting and packaging as to produce profiles and lengths to specific requirements.
TimbPlas: A moisture-resistant and self-extinguishing material, commonly used as a timber replacement but not limited to just this material. TimbPlas has been developed by us and is used in a range of applications. Available in any length, we can now manufacture rebated profiles as well as certain angles and the material comes in three variants, Standard, Light and Eco.
