Injection Moulding Screws
New products
Here at TA Services, we are able to offer an extensive range of new injection moulding screws for all types of injection moulding machines.
These are available in standard materials including EN41/H13 and we also offer bimetallic for high wear material such as glass-filled etc.
Repair and Refurbishment
We offer a repair and refurbishment service for injection moulding screws which can be re-welded in stelite 6/12 or colmony 56 for high-wear applications.
Injection Moulding Barrels
Forming part of our core product and service offering, we can offer the supply, manufacture or repair of a huge range of injection moulding barrels.
Supply
We are able to offer an extensive range of injection moulding barrels for all machine types. These are available in standard nitride or in bimetallic.
There are different grades of bimetallic for abrasion or corrosion, bimetallic will increase the life of your barrel by at least 3/4 times compared with standard nitriding.
Manufacture

Repair work
All injection moulding barrel repairs will be inspected and re-sleeved (5 times the diameter) in bimetallic. It is also possible to hone out existing barrels and rebuild your screw to suit.
