Established in 1988, Cooper Technology supplies high-end plasticising unit components, including screws, bimetallic cylinders, screw tip assemblies and nozzles. Our expertise is in the design of components to improve product quality, productivity, and component wear life.

DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE

Cooper Technology supply a range of high performance screws designed to improve your process and boost your productivity. A number of patented Nordson Xaloy screw designs are available, and these can be modified to suit your particular process and resins. The overall aim is to provide the best possible melt quality, with improved mixing and homogeneity, while also increasing output and ensuring the best possible productivity. Improved mixing often leads to reduced masterbatch requirement, and subsequent cost savings.
