22 years’ experience in the application of cosmetic and EMI/RFI conductive coatings into all industries. With flexible manufacturing processes, supported by extensive manual spray facilities as well as 4 bespoke, fully robotic paint plants to support all project volumes.

SERVICES OFFERED

EMI/RFI shielding solutions - conductive paints. 
Using paints loaded with either nickel, copper or silver particles, ACT can tailor a solution to meet both performance and price requirements.
Paints can be applied directly to a wide range of engineering plastics and adhesion promoting primers are available for more complex substrates. Coatings are usually required selectively onto internal surfaces of enclosures. Our expertise in the manufacture of high precision, electroformed masking tools ensure accuracy and repeatability.

Decorative & Functional Coatings 
Both solvent and water-based paints are available in a far-reaching variety of colours and finishes, which can be applied to most engineering polymers. As a result, ACT paints a comprehensive range of parts and components for virtually all sectors including, white goods, audio, lighting, washroom and hygiene equipment, furniture, medical and laboratory equipment, via our manual spray facility or fully robotic paint plants.

Automotive Finishes 
Coatings are applied for variety of interior and exterior trim and range from single-coat finishes to more complex 3-coat gloss finishes and technical paint systems. Supported by extensive manuual spray facilities or fully robotic paint lines. All project volumes can be catered for.
