Our pre-treatment services for plastics—including HDPE, PETE, and PET—are designed to optimise surface adhesion prior to printing. Depending on the material and application, we can apply liquid primers or use butane flame treatment to modify surface energy and enhance ink bonding. These processes ensure adhesion quality is consistently maintained to the highest industry standards, resulting in durable, long-lasting print performance.
We operate with no minimum order quantity, allowing us to accommodate production runs from a single unit through to millions, depending on your requirements. Our in-house quality control processes are rigorously maintained, recorded, and retained internally to ensure consistency, traceability, and smooth project execution. This includes adhesion testing to our QCA1 and QCA2 specifications. We also tailor quality standards to your specific needs and can develop project-specific documentation and testing protocols where required.
