Fast–turnaround prototype tooling solutions designed to support early-stage product development, functional testing and pre-production validation. Options include aluminium prototype tools, rapid machining, and modular bolster systems to reduce cost and lead time. Short-run moulding is available for test batches, design validation and early customer trials, supported by in-house 3D printing for initial fit and function checks while tooling is in manufacture.
Expertise in developing low-volume and prototype tooling that replicates full-production performance. This includes aluminium tools for early-stage trials, single or multi-cavity layouts, interchangeable bolster plates, simple open-and-shut tools, over-moulding, insert tooling, internal undercuts and core actions where required. Mould flow analysis and CAD optimisation ensure designs are production-ready and free from avoidable manufacturing issues as projects scale.
