DETAILS OF MACHINE RANGE

Our mould shops have both vertical and horizontal injection moulding machines enabling us to offer a broad range of moulding solutions. We make products and components weighing anything from 0.5 to 200 grams, manufactured in machines ranging from 20-200T.

DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES

Development of a range of overmoulding processes including electronics, PCB, USB, RFI, contactless payment systems, in-mould decoration as well as filter encapsulation. Development of a range of insert moulding processes for multiple applications including threaded inserts, metal work, pins and bolts.
