Injection moulding capacity from 90T to 320T, suitable for small, medium and large batch production. Our machine range supports insert moulding, overmoulding and standard moulding operations, with the flexibility to run a wide range of part sizes and tooling configurations.
• Insert moulding with metal inserts, threaded components and pre-formed plastic parts

• Capability to mould all standard materials including soft materials, excluding high-temperature grades above 300°C

Access to in-house 3D printing for early-stage prototypes, allowing fit and function checks while tooling is being prepared. We can support material testing, overmould design development and insert positioning trials prior to full-scale moulding. CAD support and design reviews ensure geometry, insert placement and part flow align with production requirements.
