OPG provides a range of low to high volume tooling and specialist multi-use injection moulding services. Providing a full turn-key solution, we aim to service the needs of our customer base, offering services that can take your project from concept, through to manufacture, assembly and despatch
Our 45,000sq ft Moulding facility houses 25 injection mould machines ranging from 40T up to 1300T which means we can produce parts from less than 1g up to 4kg for Serial Production, Batch Production, Prototype Builds.
Typical materials include PP, ABS, PC, Nylon and most technical plastics including medical and food safe grades.
Our toolroom also houses state of the art 5 axis CNC machines, EDM and Lathes to support the build of injection mould tools up to 3T as well as supporting our off-shore partners with DFM and full project managment to deliver tools up to 16T. The tool room supports full tooling TPM, diagnostics, repaors and refurbishments.
