Founded in 2005 and based in Lisburn Northern Ireland, award-winning Ad-Vance Engineering design and manufacture tooling for multiple applications including high-quality Mould Tools, Jigs & Fixtures, Diecast and Press Tools, Prototype Tooling and Toolroom Machinery.

SPECIALIST AREAS

Double Award-winning Ad-Vance Engineering design and manufacture an extensive range of high- quality precision machined tools, jigs, fixtures and die casts to enable the machining, production, and measurement of our Tier 1 customers products in the injection moulding industry.

Using the latest 6 and 7 axis machines along with leading-edge hyperMILL® CAD-S Solid software that integrates 2D, 3D, HSC, 5-axis milling and turning strategies in a simple user interface, has enabled Ad-Vance Engineering to significantly reduce cycle times and Increase productivity

We are proven experts in the design and manufacture of fully hardened high-speed steel production tools that incorporate hot runner systems such as the Synventive pre-wired 24 drop 06E-02 thermal gate hot runner system that is capable of producing 96 components every 10 seconds.

We are also experienced in the design and manufacture of rapid prototype tooling and can deploy 3D printing technology and Moldflow analysis for faster turnaround times.

• From our new 7000 sq. ft production facility we can deliver the following bespoke services
• High end machine fixtures used on a PCI 5 axis CNC milling machine
• Fixtures supplied right hand and left hand
• Integral high pressure hydraulic circuits operating at 100 Bar line pressure - including work supports, non-return valves and pressure check valves
• Hydraulic clamping using Enerpac, Roemheld and Kraftek products
• Integrated air circuits to include part variant detection, part seating and poke yoke
• Integrated spring loaded part seating

Ad-Vance Engineering operations are supported by a full range of the latest Lathes, vertical mills, surface, and cylindrical grinders, plus wire and spark eroders. We deploy the latest Solidworks CAD software to maximise design productivity and manufacturing resources.

We can also offer a range of powder coating, electroplating and hardening options for finished products We are skilled at machine tooling, jigs and fixtures in a range of materials including copper, brass, aluminium, stainless & tool steel, engineering plastics, bronze and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. All fixtures can be supplied with an inspection report if required.

Based on our slogan “Precision through Everything” our mould tools are manufactured using a full range of 3 and 5 axis CNC Milling as standard, along with Spark Erosion, Surface Grinding, Turning, Conventional Milling, Bench Fitting and Polishing equipment, backed by state of the art inspection processes and the latest Solidworks CAD software to maximise design productivity and manufacturing resources. We offer a full turn-key solution from design, R&D and prototyping through to manufacturing, logistics and after-sales support backed by our ISO9001 quality and ISO14001 environmental accreditations.
