Cassette QCO tooling, compression tools, thermo-set mould tools for Diesel Injection Systems. We manufacture an extensive range of orders for the Orthopaedic Industry, including tooling for manufacturing knee joints. We also offer a comprehensive tooling repair service, backed by a specially developed app. designed to assist in the evaluation of a tool at your own premises.
Mould Tools - Our service can be comprehensive from design through prototyping, pre-production runs & evaluation, to managing production from a high capacity tool we have manufactured or whatever areas a client needs to ensure the desired result is achieved.
Laser Welding - ND Precision Products offer laser welding services for the modification and repair of damaged or worn tooling. Work-pieces of up 350kg can be processed quickly and precisely on 3 axes (x, y, z) and rotationally. These processes can be performed either manually, semi-automatic or in fully automatic mode. The high quality weld and stable process ensures that the repair or modification does not affect the properties of the tooling material.
Gauge Making - NDPP also design and manufacture Hand held gauges.
Jigs & Fixtures - We design and build jigs and fixtures to help with the machining, production or measurement of our customers products, including 6 point location fixtures for accuracy and repeatability, cut-off fixtures and EDM fixtures.

Design Capacity
The quality of work is initiated at the design stage. Tools and gauges are designed for ease of maintenance and built to withstand the production objectives of our customers. Detailed drawings or cad files are produced for all tooling, but design schemes are submitted for approval before dies are cut. NDPP’s investment in its people and in the latest technology means that it has capacity for both small complex fabrication and assembly, and equally for fast throughput of large, demanding projects. Each client has a dedicated project engineer who can provide a consistent point of contact. The project is managed from concept to completion to ensure timely delivery direct to the end customer. NDPP can create prototypes and plans, source materials and manage suppliers, advise on best manufacturing practice, provide machining, fabrication, finishing, assembly and despatch services.
