DETAILS OF PRODUCT RANGE
The Shredders range from Summit System comprises of a Combination Shredder and Granulator, Single Shaft Shredders, and Pipe & Profile Shredders.
The combination shredder integrates leading shredder and granulator technologies into a single compact package.
Combining the proven design and high torque of the single shaft shredder with a highly efficient granulator, we can provide a reliable, compact size reduction system. The shredder and granulator are individually driven allowing for better control of the complete process, with a combined electrical power usage of less than 50kW.
The Single Shaft Shredders are designed to withstand the demands of continuous operation in recycling. They suit a wide range of applications, such as in-house and general recycling, electronics, and post-consumer waster, sold or big volume parts, lumps and purging, paper, cardboard, or wood. They have a much smaller footprint when compared to traditional horizontal pusher-style shredders. A low-cost economic 'Crushmaster' model is also available.
The Pipe & Profile Shredders were developed for the size reduction of pipes up to 1300mm diameter in plastic materials such as UPVC, PE, and PP. It can shred pipes up to 9m in length without the need for precutting. It has a low amperage peak and economical power consumption.
