The Microgel line offers a unique, space-saving approach that directly addresses the needs of plastic moulders.
Single and dual-zone temperature control units with integral water-cooled chiller and booster pumps.
Microgel is a super-compact mould cooling unit specifically designed for “cycle cooling time reduction”. Combining a water-cooled chilled with one or two high flow booster pump temperature controllers with heating elements and a free-cooling valve.
Turbogel is a high-efficiency thermoregulation unit, specially designed for high water flows and accurate temperature control.
Both are digitally synchronised with the moulding machine, which allows for researching and recording the best setting of flow rate and temperature for each zone, optimising product quality with the minimum cycle cooling time.
There are 11 Microgel models available in the range for the dual-zone version and 14 models for the single zone version with cooling capacity from 4 to 180 kW. The Turbogel range has 6 models available from the dual-zone version with 8 models for the single zone, all with a heating capacity from 6 to 48 kW.
