Impact Recycling has developed a breakthrough plastic recycling technology which separates the components of post-consumer, mixed plastic waste to recover two consistent streams of plastic; polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), each with > 95% purity.
Our water based, density separation process is known as BOSS (baffled oscillation separation system). The purity of the recycled PE & PP produced by BOSS ensures a high value product to meet the stable demand from the plastic extrusion and injection moulding industries. BOSS significantly improves the economics of plastic recycling and is a driver to divert significant quantities of PE and PP away from landfill and incineration. Our technology is designed to be financially profitable, technically feasible, and good for investors, the environment and the community at large.

We offer three recycled product streams all from post consumer material:
1. Recycled HDPE, variable MFI (average 3), >95% purity
2. Recycled PP, variable MFI (average 22), >95% purity
3. Recycled ABS/HIPS, variable MFI & purity
