Production line conveyor suppliers are hugely important in plastics manufacturing. Conveyors move parts reliably, reducing manual handling and therefore supporting consistent quality. In most plants, the workhorse is the belt conveyor, configured to suit the task, from flat-bed units receiving robot take-out to incline and swan-neck variants moving free-fall parts out from under the tool, often with indexing, variable speed control, separations, and counting or box filling built in.
Modern systems are typically customised to the cell. This helps improve throughput and reduces labour. Suppliers also offer options for hygienic specifications and integration with weighing, separators, and automatic container changeover.
